If you can't afford to have multiple colonics during your fast than you must have a enema, otherwise the fasting experience can quickly turn into a 'headache'. And nothing relieves a fasting headache quicker than a simple enema.

Bag or Fountain enema
I like this one the best because I can travel with it. It folds together in a small bag and is easy to clean. The 2liter bag is just the right size for either a coffee enema or plain water enema. Closed or Bottle Enema
This one is also has a 2 ltr bag and can be hung up easily. With some types of Water bottle enemas you can even use the Water bottle separately. The drawback is that it is not as easy to clean and therefore really only good for plain water enemas.

Higginson Enema
Why this is called Higginson Syringe? I'm not sure. But it is a great little tool for the ocean. If you have access to the ocean while fasting, defenitely give a 'ocean enema' a try. Of course not where all the people swim!
